FNCE operates a commercial kitchen connected to four air-conditioned dining halls which can accommodate up to 1000 persons. Selected FNCE management and staff are employed to handle, procure, prepare and serve daily meals comprising of specified ethnic menus. FNCE continuously maintains and preserves high standards of hygiene at all times.
